About the Domaine
Noé is a blend of mellow Pinot Gris and Riesling grapes that ferment together in the same tank. Aged on lies until springtime, and drawn on lees (not filtered), it nonetheless remains clear. There are floral and lemony aromas, along with nutty notes. Noé is a dry wine that is very present and persistent in the mouth.
Noé is a versatile wine and we like it with various cheeses, fish and white meats.
